Oh yeah, Lethal Weapon was on tonight.  the original and first movie!  This is one of the greatest series in film history.  I mean, you don't get any more complex in characters than you do with Lt. Riggs aka Mel Gibson.  He plays a Vietnam vet.  who becomes a cop, but faces suicidal tendencies because of his involvement in the war.  He also had the best shot in the world practically.  And if one contest that it is a shitty performance, let me just say that Director  Franco Zeffirelli chose Mel Gibson for his lead role in Hamlet, a performance that has been critically acclaimed, because he was awe-struck by Mel's performance in Lethal Weapon.

Teamed up with funny man and method actor Danny Glover, these two have become one of the most beloved buddy cop team ever!  I mean you don't get any funnier in terms of action movies or any more action for that matter, when these two are paired up. 

All Lethal Weapons are freakin action-packed and hilarious as hell!  My personal fav. is Lethal Weapon three with Joe Peshi! 

Once again, Mel kicks ass! Mel Mel Mel!
